Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Gîte Le Pied Du Géant, I was pleasantly surprised by the charming and cozy atmosphere this little gem in the heart of Tournon offered. The shared kitchen was a delightful addition, making it easy to prepare meals after a long day of biking along the scenic Via Rhona. Sandra, our host, was wonderfully welcoming and her homemade breakfast, complete with delightful jams, was a treat to wake up to. With its prime location near delightful shops and quiet streets, it was easy to explore the authenticity of this old town, and the air-conditioned rooms provided a refreshing respite from summer heat. I truly appreciated the secure garage for our bicycles, which allowed us to focus on our adventures without worry. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the local culture.
